Where does the data come from?

Official city and county open-data portals (permit datasets published by the government).

How often?

Weekly digest email. Some cities publish with a delay, so dates reflect when the city posts them.

Do you include homeowner names?

No. We remove owner, applicant, and person names. Contractor names are shown only when they look like a business.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime from the Stripe customer link in your receipt.

Is my city covered?

See the city list. Ask us if yours is missing.
